Description: RJM Design worked with the client and client team on the Phase 3 expansion of Waterford Place, a West Michigan senior living community. Phase 3 includes the addition of 62 independent
living apartments and 20 lakefront villas. Hardscape and planting design continue the character established by RJM Design in Phase I. The project is currently under construction.
