Working with Habitat for Humanity, our team assisted with master planning and site design services to help envision a revitalized portion of a transitional area just south of the main downtown. This residential-meets-industrial zone was studied carefully for its viability as live/work residential combined with community center features, recreation/park greenspace, streetscape renovations, and pedestrian connectivity to nearby urban infrastructure. RJM Design helped lead neighborhood charrettes, took feedback, and crafted revised designs that both met existing neighbors' needs, but also offered exciting improvements for future tenants and home-owners alike.
