Macatawa Legends is a spectacular 800- acre residential community that includes an 18-hole championship golf course, a 9-hole executive golf course, clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Approximately 650 home sites offer a range of living opportunities, from 2-acre estate lots to 5,000 square foot lots arranged in a traditional neighborhood design. RJM Design collaborated with golf course architect Ray Hearn and architect Wayne Visbeen to produce a master development plan for the golf course, residential community, and turn-of-the-century architectural standards. RJM Design also assisted with land use and zoning approvals, requiring the coordination of four separate township governments to approve one large, visionary master plan.
