Description: Cook Patio is part of RJM Design’s ongoing collaboration with nonprofit senior living and care organization, Holland Home. The project goal was to provide secure and therapeutic outdoor space for memory care patients. The patio was elevated to accommodate a flush egress from the adjacent dining area. Phase I of the project was completed in 2019. Phase 2 includes a walking path, decorative fountains, feature garden wall, and synthetic turf.
