RJM Design has prepared landscape plans and specifications for several Holland Home senior living facilities, including Breton Terrace, Trillium Woods, Pfeiffer Woods Drive, Faith Hospice and In The Woods. Each design concept focuses on integrating the built environment with the site's natural surroundings, as well as remaining sensitive to the needs and abilities of the residents.
