An 80 acre mixed use Planned Unit Development near M-55 and US-131 in Clam Lake Township, Cadillac Junction is a blend of office/retail space with restaurants, housing, commercial and hotels. RJM Design's work included preparation of the graphics and zoning assistance. Actual project construction is pending.
