Located on 28 acres of Lake Michigan waterfront, Harbor View Marina serves a major summer recreational past time in Ludington. The development includes a 160-slip marina, waterfront condominiums, commercial buildings, and a public waterfront park. RJM Design designed the masterplan for the project and assisted with state and federal grants.

Perepointe Village and Marina - Ludington, Michigan
Perepointe Village is a stunning new condominium community located on picturesque Pere Marquette Lake with access to Lake Michigan. Currently finished with Phase 1 construction, the village includes mid-range condos, several acres of green space, covered parking, swimming pool & bath house, and private marina facilities. RJM Design's work included master development plan, city approvals, MDEQ and Army Corp of Engineers permitting, and landscape and irrigation design.

Located along the Muskegon River, this 49-acre waterfront resort includes 237 RV sites, a clubhouse with swimming pool, 220-slip marina with convenience store, boat launch, tennis courts and riverfront walkway. RJM designed the master development plan for the resort, assisted with MDEQ permitting, and produced construction documents for the site's development.
