Inner City Christian Federation - Grand Rapids, Michigan
The non-profit housing corporation Inner City Christian Federation purchased the old DA Blodgett building located at 920 Cherry Street just weeks before it was slated for demolition. The restoration of the building and gardens embodies ICCF’s goals for every home renovation and neighborhood revitalization project; to maintain the historical integrity in the neighborhood, and promote values of respect, opportunity and beauty in their work. RJM designed the community gardens located on the grounds of ICCF, developed construction documents and assisted with construction administration.

Division Avenue Streetscape Improvements - Cutlerville, Michigan
The proposed roadway improvements along Division Avenue, presented a tremendous and timely opportunity for the residents and businesses of Cutlerville to improve the aesthetics and accessibility of the Division Avenue streetscape.
