The team at RJM Design created marketing materials for the owner of a mixed use site, including 3-D renderings and animations. Single family homes were under construction on the northern half of the site and the developer was interested in generating more demand for the commercial lots along the road. The entire site was sold within a month of the promotional graphics being distributed.

In addition to creating these graphics, RJM Design assisted with zoning research and ensured that the developer's vision could become a reality. By engaging the township early in the design process, the new tenants can purchase land with the confidence that their dream can be built.
