Description: RJM Design provided Conceptual Master Plan, Preliminary Zoning Approvals, and Fundraising Graphic services for a new residential treatment center campus. Undertaking a new campus was the result of growing demand that could no longer be met at the client’s original residential facility. The new campus would offer a comprehensive suite of addiction recovery services. The master plan takes advantage of the site’s topography and woods to nestle the buildings, amenities, and circulation into the landscape providing privacy within a healing environment.
