Services: Conceptual Design through Construction Administration and EGLE Minor Permit

Description: RJM Design collaborated with the City of Ionia on renovations to Harper Park. Improvements included paving of the parking area with the addition of two accessible parking spaces with an accessible connection from the parking area to playground and picnic area; accessible picnic table, grill, and litter receptacle; pad and enclosure for ADA accessible portable restrooms; bike parking; improved plantings and landscaping; inclusive play equipment with ADA approved surfacing; removal of old play equipment; and accessible connection to Fred Thwaites Grand River Trail. Construction was completed October 2020.
