Our goal for every project includes understanding the clientâ€™s vision, realizing the opportunities available, and developing ideas in a collaborative effort, while respecting the natural environment. As a team of professionals, we take responsibility to serve our clients with honesty and integrity from conceptual design through construction administration. RJM Design was founded in June of 1997 by Jim Morgan. From that beginning, we have become an established design firm in West Michigan providing landscape architectural services for the public and private sectors on a wide range of projects. Today, we have three registered landscape architects all with diverse backgrounds and forty-five years combined experience. Our professional staff has the ability and desire to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to your project.

Jim Morgan founded RJM Design in 1997 and is a registered Landscape Architect responsible for master plan development, project management, and general project supervision. As a designer and problem-solver, Jim provides leadership for many design teams and continually demonstrates the ability to understand a clients vision and project goals. This understanding of teamwork and vision, combined with his creative skills, has allowed Jim to guide many projects through the various and often complex stages of design. During the course of his career, he has designed many project types including community parks, waterfront developments, athletic facilities, college and high school campus master plans, commercial centers, residential communities and corporate centers. His goal on every project he undertakes is to work as an integral part of the design team to ensure that design solutions are creative, appropriate, economical and successful for the client and community.

With over sixteen years in the landscape architecture profession, Craig adds a wealth of design experience, project management skills, and leadership ability to the RJM Design team. Through the course of his career, Craig has designed and managed many types of projects including streetscapes, educational facilities, athletic venues, college campuses, healthcare institutions, community playgrounds, waterfront recreation areas, and highway landscaping. As senior project manager, his goal on every project he undertakes is to work as an integral part of the design team to ensure that the built environment and the end users are integrated in a manner that are beneficial to both.

Mary Noffke

Mary is a registered landscape architect and LEED Accredited Professional, possessing exceptional skills in site planning, landscape design, computer graphics, and construction administration. Her professional practice opportunities have included a wide variety of projects including community parks, waterfront development, campus master planning, urban streetscapes, educational facilities, residential communities, zoning assistance and regulatory permitting. As a six year associate of RJM Design, Mary has demonstrated an ability to understand project issues quickly and provide creative solutions independently and in group settings. During her career, Mary has gained valuable experience developing presentation graphics, preparing technical documents, managing projects, and providing construction administration services as projects are being implemented.

Christopher brings to the staff of RJM Design over sixteen years of experience in Landscape Architecture specializing in schematic design, design development, construction documents, details, landscape plans, and grading plans. Clients include, Civil Engineers, Architects, Large scale residential Builders,Municipalities, and Developers. Providing project experience in PUDs, Parks, Municipalities- Streetscape, Farmers Market, Parking lot design, Schools-Playgrounds, Sports Facilities, site layout, Senior Housing, Student Housing and Large scale residential.
