RJM Design created Bissell's new outdoor patio space, from conceptual development and landscape design through construction documentation and administration services. The contemporary design is versatile and offers opportunities for multiple uses, including employee lunch hours or impromptu meetings, as well as larger, corporate business events.

Eagle Run - Grand Rapids Township, Michigan
RJM Design prepared this master plan and assisted with township approvals for this 8-acre mixed-use development. Located along the East Beltline, the development proposed a small neighborhood village atmosphere for the service commercial and professional office park. The development helped to bring much needed local support services to area residents and workers, with many future developments following Eagle Run's example.

A large commercial / medical development, Harley Medical Park i mproved upon an existing vacant highway interchange site with prime location along I-96 and Cascade Road. RJM Design's work included preparation of the master plan, zoning assistance for all five parcels, variance approvals for signage, and landscape plans and specifications for the large medical facility.
