RJM designed the landscape plan for Calvin College's east campus expansion, including the East Beltline Pedestrian Bridge area, the DeVos Communications Center and the Prince Conference Center. RJM utilized indigenous plant species throughout, balancing Calvin's desire for creating a secure and safe environment, as well as providing a natural landscape that will be easily maintained.

RJM Design collaborated with architect Wayne Visbeen to prepare Cornerstone University's master plan to shape campus growth through the year 2020. The master plan's program includes their new East Beltline entrance and clock tower, a performing arts center, music building, additional academic facilities, student housing and a soccer stadium. RJM Design continues to provide landscape architecture services to the university, collaborating on projects large and small to enrich the student experience and bring the University's master plan to fruition.

Grand Valley State University Athletic Fields - Allendale, Michigan
RJM Design worked with Grand Valley State University to construct several multi-use athletic facilities, including varsity softball, soccer, rugby and tennis. Work included conceptual design, permitting, construction documentation and construction administration. Prior to forming RJM Design, Jim Morgan developed many components of GVSU's current master plan.

Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center - Grand Rapids, Michigan
The Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center is an educational, recreational, and cultural arts center focusing on providing family support services to communities in need. The 20 acre site will support a state of the art community recreational and educational facility and numerous outdoor recreation opportunities, including basketball courts, softball field, soccer fields, playground facilities, 450-seat outdoor amphitheater, splash playground, nature trails and bridge connecting to the Plaster Creek pedestrian trail system. RJM Design has been an integral part of the design team beginning from site selection and conceptual development through construction adminstration.

Wedgwood Christian Services is a non-profit organization focused on caring for and healing at-risk youth through education, counseling and r residential treatment programs. In 2008 Wedgwood began the Building Hope for Children Campaign in an effort to address the growing demand for Wedgwood's services. Through the fundraising effort, Wedgwood consolidated four campuses into one, and completed a major campus renovation which included 5 new buildings, 7 remodeled buildings and significant outdoor campus improvements. RJM Design provided master planning and zoning assistance, as well as designed new entrance signage, campus gathering plaza, basketball courts, fishing pond, pedestrian walking trail and landscape enhancements.
